As a trade customer we request a minimum order of £200 before VAT. As a retail customer there is no minimum spend.
For trade customers we charge £25 for all deliveries below £1000. For retail customers, the charge is £50.
We do not charge for delivery if your order exceeds £1000 before VAT
We issue certificates with our vaccinated rabbits highlighting the brand, batch no, date of vaccination and sex of the rabbit.
We can accept cash, card and BACs transfers. Cheques are accepted for customers once 4 orders have been paid for positively.
We aim to deliver all deliveries placed for the week ahead, subject to the availability of the birds or animals. In exceptional circumstances we may extend this to 10 days to dispatch your order.
We do not have set delivery days. We plan our routes based on the orders placed for the week ahead. If you contact the office on a Tuesday morning, subject to the availability of your order we can tell you what day we will deliver. If we have planned for your order to be delivered by our courier, this will be on a Thursday.
We offer a 48-hour guarantee on our birds and animals. If you are at all concerned about the health of your new pet within the first 2 days, please let us know. We will make a log of this and if any symptoms or lethargic behaviour continue or worsen, we can arrange a replacement for you. We will not accept liability for any 3rd party vet bills.
If you have purchased a DNA sexed bird from us, you will receive a certificate with the bird’s ID number and whether it is male or female. If you purchase a bird from us that requires a CITES Article 10 certificate, you will receive this at point of sale.
